    Report within 24 hours

    Email dispatch with the eBOL number, the unit and photos of the damage. Delivery-inspection notes on the eBOL start the clock.

  2. 02

    Acknowledged within 48 hours

    We send the pickup and delivery photo sets, the driver statement and the claim number, and tell you whether it is being handled directly or through the carrier.

  3. 03

    Resolved on a target

    Target resolution [days] days. Carmack liability; cargo coverage $1,000,000. Repair estimate from your shop or ours, your choice.

Can I get a certificate of insurance today?

Request it on the carrier-packet page with your exact legal name and mailing address. Certificates are issued by our insurance agent, usually within one business day, and can name you as additional insured on auto liability where your agreement requires it.

What is your safety rating?

Unrated (no rating assigned; FMCSA snapshot 2026-09-06). Our CSA snapshot is dated [CSA snapshot date]; the current SAFER record is public under USDOT 4120654.

How do you handle a damage claim?

Do you use owner-operators?

Company drivers run our dedicated and dealer work. Vetted owner-operators we dispatch ourselves cover surge, under our authority, our insurance and our photo standard. We do not re-broker your freight.
